Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Express Mounting. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (expressmounting.com) and the TV mounting, installation, and related services (“Services”) provided by Express Mounting (“we,” “our,” or “us”) in the Atlanta Metro area and surrounding Georgia communities.

By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

Our Services

Express Mounting provides professional TV mounting and installation services, including but not limited to:

• TV wall mounting (fixed, tilting, and full-motion mounts)
• Cable management and concealment
• Soundbar installation
• Home theater setup
• Outdoor TV installation
• Fireplace TV mounting
• Commercial TV installations

Our services are available throughout Metro Atlanta, including Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Roswell, Cumming, Milton, Suwanee, Duluth, Marietta, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Brookhaven, and surrounding areas.

Service Appointments

Scheduling

• Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone ((470) 888-0030), or online booking system
• We offer same-day service subject to availability
• A confirmation will be sent via email and/or text message

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: No charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee may apply
• No-shows without prior notice may be subject to a service fee

Access Requirements

You agree to:

• Provide accurate address and contact information
• Ensure someone 18 years or older is present during the service
• Provide reasonable access to the installation area
• Inform us of any building restrictions, HOA requirements, or special access procedures

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

• Service prices range from $149 to $349 depending on the type of installation
• A detailed quote will be provided before work begins
• Additional charges may apply for complex installations, special equipment, or materials

Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle
• All prices are in US dollars

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect services already scheduled and confirmed.

Service Guarantee

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our installation, we will return to make it right at no additional charge.

Warranty

• All installations include a workmanship warranty
• Mount hardware warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers
• Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period

Limitations

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Issues caused by third-party products or services
• Damage to walls or structures due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., inadequate framing, moisture damage)

Customer Responsibilities

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner or authorized occupant of the property
• You have the authority to approve modifications to the property
• All information provided to us is accurate and complete
• The TV and mounting equipment meet our specifications (if providing your own)

Property Condition

• You are responsible for disclosing any known issues with your walls or mounting surface
• We are not liable for damage to walls that are not properly constructed or have pre-existing damage
• Stud locations and wall conditions may require alternative mounting solutions

Liability Limitations

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Express Mounting provides Services “as is” and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Express Mounting be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Express Mounting, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Services
• Any third-party claims related to your property

Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant changes via email or website notice.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
