Frequently asked questions
Do all LG OLED B-Series TVs use the same VESA pattern?
No. The line uses 300 × 200 mm, 400 × 200 mm and 400 × 400 mm, mostly by screen size. It also depends on the model: at 77 inches, 400 × 200 mm on the B1, B2 and B3 (2021-2023); 300 × 200 mm on the B4, B5 and B6 (2024-2026).
What is the heaviest LG OLED B-Series TV?
The LG B4 83-inch (2024), at 71.2 lb without its stand. A mount for it must be rated above that, with the bolts in studs (wood or metal) or masonry, never in drywall alone.
Does the 2026 B6 take the same mount as an older LG OLED B-Series?
At 48, 65 and 83 inches, yes for the holes: every older LG OLED B-Series listed at those sizes uses the same pattern as the B6, so the old bracket lines up. Check its weight rating against the new panel. Not everywhere: at 77 inches the B4 and B5 match but the B1, B2 and B3 use 400 × 200 mm. An old bracket only fits if its VESA range reaches the new pattern.
