LG lists the 2024 C4 (WOLED (OLED evo)) in 42, 48, 55, 65, 77 and 83 inches. 10 of the 10 LG 83-inch models from 2024 to 2026 in this research use 400 × 400 mm. 4 of them weigh more than this one. 71.2 lb is about 13% under the 82 lb typical of 83-inch panels, which leaves more brackets to choose from.

Screws, studs and height
LG lists M6 screws for the four holes. Use the screws that match that thread from the bracket's kit, and stop if one bottoms out before the plate is tight: a spacer fixes that, force does not.
The holes are 15.7 in apart side to side, close to 16-inch stud spacing, so the mount's arms and the studs line up easily.
With the center at 42 in for sofa seating, an 83-inch screen runs from about 22 in to 62 in off the floor. In a bedroom the center goes 42 to 50 in. The height calculator works it out for your own seat.
