It needs a mount explicitly rated above that figure, fixings into solid framing or masonry, and realistically two people to lift it onto the bracket.

QD-Mini-LED LCD construction is the reason for the 110.2 lb figure. How high to mount it

Centre of the screen at seated eye level, about 42 inches from the floor. On a 86-inch panel that is a bottom edge near 21 inches and a top edge near 63 inches (5' 3"), and it wants roughly 9.6 feet of viewing distance. At this size the bottom edge sits below the top of most media consoles, so either the console moves or the screen goes higher than ideal.

If you need to tilt it

Mounting above eye level, over a fireplace, a dresser or a tall console, means the screen should angle down toward you. These tilt mounts are rated for the QNED85A's pattern and weight.

If it needs to swivel

Corner installations, open-plan rooms and kitchens usually want an articulating arm. Bear in mind that a full-motion mount applies far more turning force to the wall than a fixed plate does, so at 110.2 lb these want solid framing rather than anchors.

What else the job needs

The two things that stall a LG install most often are hardware and cable length. Box hardware does not always include the right bolt for a specific panel, and the HDMI cable that reached the old stand rarely reaches once the TV is on the wall.
