TCL lists the 2024 QM751G (QD-Mini LED) in 55, 65, 75, 85 and 98 inches. 8 of the 13 TCL 75-inch models from 2024 to 2026 in this research use 400 × 400 mm; the others use 300 × 300 (3) or 500 × 400 (1). 2 of them weigh more than this one. 63.1 lb is close to the 62 lb typical of 75-inch panels, so size-rated brackets are in the right range; check the rating anyway.

Screws, studs and height
TCL lists M6 screws for the four holes. Use the screws that match that thread from the bracket's kit, and stop if one bottoms out before the plate is tight: a spacer fixes that, force does not.
The holes are 15.7 in apart side to side, close to 16-inch stud spacing, so the mount's arms and the studs line up easily.
With the center at 42 in for sofa seating, a 75-inch screen runs from about 24 in to 60 in off the floor. In a bedroom the center goes 42 to 50 in. The height calculator works it out for your own seat.
