Hisense lists the 2026 U7SG (QLED Mini-LED LCD) in 55, 65, 75, 85, 100 and 116 inches. 4 of the 14 Hisense 75-inch models from 2024 to 2026 in this research use 400 × 400 mm; the others use 600 × 400 (5) or 500 × 400 (3). 5 of them weigh more than this one. 61.5 lb is close to the 62 lb typical of 75-inch panels, so size-rated brackets are in the right range; check the rating anyway.
What changed from the 2025 Hisense U75QG
- Pattern: 600 × 400 mm on the U75QG, 400 × 400 mm on the U7SG. An older bracket fits only if its VESA range also covers 400 × 400 mm.
- Weight: 63.9 lb then, 61.5 lb now (2.4 lb lighter).
- Screws: M6 on both.
- Plan on a new bracket unless the old one's range reaches 400 × 400 mm.

Screws, studs and height
Hisense lists M6 screws for the four holes. Use the screws that match that thread from the bracket's kit, and stop if one bottoms out before the plate is tight: a spacer fixes that, force does not.
The holes are 15.7 in apart side to side, close to 16-inch stud spacing, so the mount's arms and the studs line up easily.
With the center at 42 in for sofa seating, a 75-inch screen runs from about 24 in to 60 in off the floor. In a bedroom the center goes 42 to 50 in. The height calculator works it out for your own seat.
