Hisense lists the 2026 U7SG (QLED Mini-LED LCD) in 55, 65, 75, 85, 100 and 116 inches. 10 of the 15 Hisense 65-inch models from 2024 to 2026 in this research use 400 × 300 mm; the others use 400 × 400 (5). 7 of them weigh more than this one. 43.2 lb is close to the 47 lb typical of 65-inch panels, so size-rated brackets are in the right range; check the rating anyway.
What changed from the 2025 Hisense U75QG
- Pattern: 400 × 400 mm on the U75QG, 400 × 300 mm on the U7SG. An older bracket fits only if its VESA range also covers 400 × 300 mm.
- Weight: 47 lb then, 43.2 lb now (3.8 lb lighter).
- Screws: M6 on both.
- Plan on a new bracket unless the old one's range reaches 400 × 300 mm.

Screws, studs and height
Hisense lists M6 screws for the four holes. Use the screws that match that thread from the bracket's kit, and stop if one bottoms out before the plate is tight: a spacer fixes that, force does not.
The holes are 15.7 in apart side to side, close to 16-inch stud spacing, so the mount's arms and the studs line up easily.
With the center at 42 in for sofa seating, a 65-inch screen runs from about 26 in to 58 in off the floor. In a bedroom the center goes 42 to 50 in. The height calculator works it out for your own seat.
