Field notes from Silverado Ranch installs
Silverado Ranch is not a city. It is a neighborhood of unincorporated Clark County that grew along Silverado Ranch Boulevard from the early 1990s, and it reads like a cross-section of thirty years of Las Vegas tract building. The earliest streets, Silverado Ranch Estates and the Bermuda Road side, are 1990s two-stories with the family-room TV niche, 8-foot bedroom ceilings and a corner gas fireplace with a tile face. The 2000s pushed toward the Southern Highlands line with taller great rooms and pre-wired media walls. The 2010s brought townhomes and paired homes near the M Resort edge, with fire-rated party walls and foam-backed one-coat stucco.
All of it is wood frame and drywall, which is good news for the rate card: no masonry surcharge on almost any Silverado Ranch wall. The hardware is the same from house to house, 5/16-inch lag bolts into stud, four points on big panels, arms locked for seismic. What changes is the diagnosis: which decade, which wall, whether a niche is in play, whether the vent chase sits behind the spot the owner picked.
Heat handling is routine here. Garage sets go on the house wall, patio sets go where the sun does not, and cable runs stay in the wall cavity rather than the attic under the tile roof.
TV mounting prices in Silverado Ranch
Flat rates, quoted before anyone drives out: $129 up to 54”, $159 for 55-69”, $209 for 70-79”, $255 for 80” and up. Cable concealment $95/TV. Brick, stone or concrete would add the published +$99 masonry surcharge; plaster, drywall and metal stud carry NO surcharge. In Silverado Ranch that surcharge almost never comes up, because the tract fireplaces wear tile over drywall and the walls are wood frame end to end. A full-motion arm adds $72, a soundbar install is $79, and there is no travel fee.
