The small condos of Indian Rocks Beach, toward Sand Key's south end
The condos in Indian Rocks Beach are small buildings, not towers, and they sit toward Sand Key's south end with metal stud partitions inside. A small building changes the logistics more than the wall. There may be no service lift at all, which makes the stairs the route for a 75-inch box, two people and a careful turn at each landing. Management can be a volunteer board rather than a front desk, so the notice goes to whoever the association names, and quiet hours still apply. Inside, the walls work like any steel-stud partition: a stud finder or a magnet locates the steel, a test hole confirms the gauge, and heavy-gauge toggles carry the bracket through 1/2-inch holes, four across two studs, or six when a full-motion arm is going up. Lag bolts never go into light-gauge steel. Where a unit's TV wall is block or concrete instead, Tapcons replace the toggles and the +$99 masonry surcharge applies. In-wall runs through a shared wall usually need the association's approval, so a $79 paintable raceway is the fallback. Condo installs here run 60-80 minutes.
